The Assistant Branch Manager plays a vital role across our business, supporting the Branch Manager to foster a positive and safe work environment that delivers exceptional service to our customers.
* Supervising and coaching branch team members to work to set standards
* Taking charge of daily tasks and stepping up as a leader when the supervisor is unavailable
* Handling front desk operations and overseeing administrative tasks
* Supervising equipment maintenance and upholding workshop standards to ensure optimal performance for our customers
* Ensuring smooth opening and closing of the branch as required
* Rostering and supervising staff to maximise efficiency
