This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive team. Training is fully provided, and you'll work alongside four experienced Customer Service Officers.
Your new role
In this fast‐paced and varied position, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering high‐quality service. Your day will involve:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders and completing accurate data entry
* Providing product information and general support to customers
* Working collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth service delivery
* Managing tasks calmly under pressure and maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a customer service-based role
* Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to stay calm and solution‐focused in busy periods
* A bubbly, personable approach - someone who enjoys being chatty with customers
