Work Rest Play Here is the premier destination for adventure-lovers in Orana & Central West NSW – located in Dubbo's Blueridge Business Park.
In this Sales Specialist role, you will have the exciting opportunity to represent some of the most renowned brands in the automotive industry, including Yamaha, Honda, and CFMOTO motorcycles, as well as Yamaha Marine, Mercury Marine, and Stacer Boats.
Responsibilities of this role:
* Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to customers seeking leisure products and experiences.
* Actively engage with your customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
* Expertly demonstrate the features and benefits of our manufacturer's products and highlight the quality and versatility of our brands.
* Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets through strategic product promotion, upselling and customer relationships.
* Assist in maintain a clean and organized showroom/retail environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively and accurately.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales and customer service goals and contribute positively to your team's culture.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales is preferable but not essential, a winning attitude is more important.
* A genuine passion for outdoor activities, leisure pursuits, and adventure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Knowledge of motorcycle, boating, and outdoor adventures products is a plus.
