Responsibilities
Ensure project is delivered within time frame, to quality and within budget
Create project program and manage relevant stakeholders
Manage project financials and ensure budget being adhered to
Be the primary point of contact and resolve any disputes that may arise
Experience Required
5+ years of Project Manager experience for a headcontractor delivering a similar scope of works to relevant builder
Previous experience delivering projects in excess of $10M+
Proficient with Jobpac, Hammertech, Aconex and Visibuild software
Ability to work on up to two projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
