We're looking for an enthusiastic Cook to add some extra flavour to our kitchen. In this role, you'll work as part of a dynamic team to prepare high quality dishes that delight our guests.
A Day In The Life Of a Cook
* Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You have experience working as part of a team in a fast‐paced, bistro‐style kitchen
* You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes
* You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
