With current work scopes increasing, **SIMPEC **has long-term opportunities for an experienced **Employee Relations Advisor **to join our growing team.** **Reporting to the Project Manager and** **working locally at the **Kwinana** based** Cockburn Cement Upgrade (CCL) Project**, these positions will work an ongoing **Monday to Friday, 55-hour work week.**
This **Greenfields Project **is significant for the WA economy and will showcase the latest technologies in cement production, with the plant featuring a lower carbon footprint with CO2 emissions projected to reduce by up to 20% compared to existing operations.
- Competitive salary plus superannuation plus 15% site uplift
- ASAP start, with at least 12 months of work
- A Monday to Friday work week - 55 hours per week
- 6:00am start - 5:00pm finish
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business
- 3-5 years' experience in HR/IR or generalist HR role, site experience essential.
- Experience in presenting and/or conducting HR/ER content for inductions and/or other presentations.
- Fundamental understanding of Australia's Industrial Relations framework including the Fair Work Act 2009, FWC awards and enterprise agreements.
- Proven understanding of the connection between HR/IR decisions and commercial outcomes.
