Job Description
This role is a technical support specialist responsible for working with aftermarket support for technical needs. The position will be primarily involved in providing technical assistance to customers, both internal and external.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, factory engineering, supply chain, and customers to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice. This will include troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, equipment commissioning, and root cause analysis of parts that are failing in the field.
In addition, the role will involve pre-delivery work, service, and on-site support, including testing, adjusting, and fault-finding diagnostics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building training materials and developing site maintenance programs.
