Join OEM Group as an Internal Solutions Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering tailored solutions for industrial products. This position is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a trade / technical background and a passion for building strong client relationships.

As a Solutions Specialist, you will generate sales from inbound leads while proactively creating new outbound opportunities for OEM Group's diverse range of products and services. Your expertise in solution-based selling and ability to manage the full sales cycle will ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3 years of advanced sales experience.
* Proven ability in negotiations, closing deals, and managing accounts.
* Strong background in solution-based selling.
* Experience in lead management, sales tracking, and CRM data accuracy
* The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in a similar sales role

* Able to generate quotes, converting quotes to sales
* Genuine drive to succeed
* Advanced presentation, negotiation & selling skills
* Excellent communicator both verbal and written
* High level of initiative and self-management capability
* Experienced in technical & solution based selling

About the Job Role:

* Sell from OEM Groups range of products and services (including parts and accessories)
* identify client challenges and work with them to provide the best solution
* maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company ERP and CRM
* compiling lists of prospective client businesses using directories and other sources
* monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management
* quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
* arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services
* reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services
* following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising
* preparing sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred
* engage with marketing to crate suitable campaigns
