We are currently on the lookout for Building Services Officer (Grade 1) to join our Building Services team on a full-time basis.
About the Opportunity
Join SkyCity Adelaide as a Building Services Officer (Grade 1) and play a key role in maintaining the infrastructure behind one of the region's leading hospitality and entertainment venues. This hands‐on role sits within a collaborative facilities team that keeps our 24/7 operations running smoothly and safely. You'll respond to service requests, carry out preventative maintenance, and support compliance with WHS legislation and Australian Standards. Whether you're fixing faults, handling repairs, or operating tools and equipment, your work helps ensure the venue stays functional, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff.
About You
You're a practical problem‐solver with solid fault‐finding skills and a good grasp of general maintenance tasks. Physically capable and safety‐minded, you're comfortable working on your feet, using tools, and adapting to a fast‐paced environment. You communicate well, have basic computer skills, and work well in a team. You hold a White Card and are happy to work across a rotating 7‐day roster. Experience in hospitality or large commercial buildings is a bonus. Most importantly, you're focused on delivering reliable, high‐quality service that keeps the venue operating at its best.
