Field Applications Specialist VIC
About the Role:
This role involves providing technical support to customers, sales teams and field service personnel with instrument installations, demonstrations, education, and troubleshooting. It also includes assisting in the development, implementation and coordination of training programs.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct training programs, customer workshops, and provide support for instrument installations and upgrades for Hematology analyzers and systems.
* Assist with instrument evaluations, including result interpretation, performance assessment, and report generation.
* Support sales efforts through product demonstrations and customer assistance during the sales process.
* Offer application and diagnostic support to the Field Service Department while proactively engaging with customers to enhance satisfaction.
* Gather and share market insights with the sales team, contributing to account development and customer-focused strategies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of industry experience in applications roles or similar, working with Hematology analyzers and systems.
* Prior experience working in the Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics industry.
* Tertiary qualifications in science or equivalent.
* Fluent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
* Hold a valid and current driver's license and passport.
