We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team in Mandurah. As a marine chef de partie, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food for customers on river lunch cruises and seafood cruises.
This is a fantastic opportunity for early-career chefs who want to gain experience in a dynamic kitchen environment while working under the guidance of a renowned head chef.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality meals for customers in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
* Maintain adherence to food safety standards and ensure the kitchen and vessel galley remain clean and organized
* Collaborate with the boat crew to develop menus and manage food stock
Requirements
* Passion for quality and fresh produce
* Loves the water (no prior marine experience necessary)
* Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience or equivalent qualification
* Attention to detail and commitment to food safety/hygiene
