We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our Port Hedland team. Alongside the core responsibility of dispatching/outward goods, you will also be involved in picking, packing, goods management and general warehousing duties.
About your new role
This will be a highly varied role, as you will be an integral member of the team, supporting all facets of branch operations including:
- Ensuring prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods and overseeing scheduling collections;
- Adhering to company policies regarding manual handling and safe lifting techniques;
- Processing customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs; and
- Delivering customer service to the highest standards, ensuring issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and:
- Experience in a warehouse or stores environment;
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated tenure in previous positions;
- Motivated and goal-oriented;
- A creative, customer and team-focused personality;
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Current Driver's License;
- A current, valid forklift license would be desirable but not necessary.
