Job Overview:
As a key member of our parcel delivery team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of logistics across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic partnerships and transactional excellence, expanding our parcel locker network and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for network expansion through innovative partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers.
* Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors to drive business growth.
* Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams to meet established performance metrics.
* Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions.
* Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners to drive transactional outcomes and implementation of new parcel lockers.
* Collaborate with Operations teams to develop and execute plans that enhance parcel delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
* 5+ years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred)
* Strong analytical and data management capabilities
* Advanced negotiation and communication skills
* Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams
* Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software
