**About the Role**
The role is for an Administration & Operations Superstar to join the team 
- Full Time position, Monday to Friday 
- To be assigned at their Molendinar office on the Gold Coast 
- Experienced in construction services - ideal but not 100% essential 
- A natural problem solver 
- Driven, determined, confident and well-spoken 
- Self motivated & able to self-reward - rather than seeking constant reassurance 
- Highly organised, methodical and task-oriented 
- A communications ninja - ensures the client gets updated without the client having to ask "what's happening" 
- Someone with a good foresight for workflow and day-to-day jobs 
- Someone who can liaise with the executives and the whole staff 
- Someone who makes no excuses, who simply delivers results 
- Someone who understands the importance of standard operating procedures and getting the job done right and on time, every time

**Your Duties will include** 
- Day to day running of the office - end to end 
- Ensuring all tasks are completed - as required and on time 
- Proactively informing clients of their "job status", critical to the organisations reputation & client satisfaction 
- Booking & Scheduling jobs (and team) & managing the overall scheduling system 
- Preparing quotes 
- Responding and communicating with clients and prospects (includes general inquiries, update on job status, insurance & quote requests, etc) 
- Job costing - A critically significant finance function - You'll be using their job management system to ensure labour and time is entered, updated and tracked so the profitability of each job is clear (and action is taken) 
- Weekly Management Reporting 
- Closing jobs and invoicing 
- Health & Safety and SWMS 
- Supporting the CEO, Operations Manager and the whole team 
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures 
- Improving systems and processes 
- General admin tasks (as needed)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift 
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gold Coast, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred) 
- Project coordination: 1 year (preferred)
