As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a flexible, team‐oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications
To be considered, you must hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, a current QLD Working with Children Check, be willing to travel between other local services, and have flexible availability between Monday‐Friday, 6:15am – 6pm.
