About the role
Warragul Automotive, a leading automotive repair and service provider, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Warragul, VIC 3820. This full-time position is a crucial role that will support the efficient and smooth running of the company's operations.
What you'll be doing
1. Overseeing all administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
2. Providing administrative support to the management team, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to make informed decisions
3. Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and accessible
4. Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
5. Coordinating office supplies and equipment, as well as liaising with vendors and service providers
6. Assisting with the organisation of company events and meetings
7. Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the automotive industry but not essential
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues at all levels
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
6. A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
