About the role
TFG is seeking an experience Engineering Coordinator to support the delivery of workshop and site-based projects, from enquiry through to completion. Based in our Yatala workshop, this role plays a critical part in managing process, resources, and people across multiple jobs, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to specification.
TFG delivers work across a broad range of industries, including wastewater, data centres, food and beverage, energy, pharmaceutical and more, providing exposure to technically diverse and challenging projects.
You’ll work closely with operations, estimating, HSEQ, and clients, providing technical expertise, managing materials and documentation, and directing engineering and workshop resources to enable efficient, high-quality outcomes. This role comes with the use of a work vehicle and fuel card.
About you
What we’re looking for;
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or similar)
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant industry
· Proven ability to lead and support others in a project or operational environment
· Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and standards
· Well-developed organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Confident using MS Office and job management systems
· Current drivers licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
