* Expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit is crucial.
* BIM competence is also a must.
* MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup proficiency is expected.
* High level written and verbal communication skills are required.
* The ability to work autonomously and within a team is necessary.
