The ideal candidate will have previous new homes sales experience, be confident, proactive, and target-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the ambassador for our brand across multiple sites
* Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to completion
* Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and provide expert guidance
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with procedures
* Support with development launches, marketing events, and site presentations
About You:
* Prior experience in new homes sales is essential
* Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented
* Able to adapt to different locations and teams
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* A valid UK driving licence is required
