Duties include:
* Providing data entry services including updating of client information and reporting to our Head Office.
* Assisting in our reception area.
* Supporting a growing local team of staff.
* Lodging Legal Aid applications online.
* Completing legal correspondence, filing and mail management.
About you:
* Bring your experience in a professional, legal, justice or community services work environment with a Cert III or above in Business Administration or equivalent essential;
* Be resilient, organised and energetic;
* Experience with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander clients is valued.
Your application will include the following questions:
* What is your understanding of ATSILS Vision and Values. Qualifications and experience. Client service and data management. Document production, data entry, data client records collation and co-ordination. Operational support. Security and safety. Current First Aid Certificate, Workplace Health and Safety Representative training or Emergency Services qualifications. Qualifications in Business Administration, Information Technology and/or Communications, Justice, Advocacy, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community Development, or current enrolment in any of these tertiary courses. Experience in an Aboriginal service, Aboriginality and/or Torres Strait Islander identification.
