The Role

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations and help drive our next chapter of success.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our supply chain operations—including procurement, vendor relations, inventory management, logistics, and shipping. This is your opportunity to lead and optimise procurement, inventory, and logistics in a business that's shaping the future of industrial heating solutions in Australia. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain is robust, efficient, and ready to support ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring robust procurement, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
* Monitor and manage purchase orders, stock status, and rolling stocktakes to guarantee inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to drive effective material and component supply practices.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimise customer service.
* Lead, coach, and develop your team—overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of safety and high performance.

Personal Requirements

* Demonstrable experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment, with a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
* Demonstrated understanding of the function of supply chain in supporting Engineered To Order (ETO) products
* Strong track record of improving supply chain performance and operational KPIs.
* A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects and with a customer centric focus.
