Remuneration: Total remuneration package $241,200.00, base salary $213,283.00.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the school vision, instruction, and learning environment.
* Oversee the delivery of a high‐quality curriculum, assessment, and student wellbeing programs.
* Build and sustain positive relationships with students, families, staff, and the wider community.
* Lead the implementation of the department's Aboriginal education policy and promote inclusive practice.
* Serve as nominated supervisor for child safety and early childhood education, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
Qualifications:
* Full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education.
* Proven leadership experience in a complex public school setting, with skills in curriculum design, staff development, and resource management.
* High level communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to model culturally safe and inclusive practice.
* Capacity to plan systems and manage resources equitably to enhance teaching and learning.
* Experience in leading staff to improve teaching and learning, with a measurable impact on student outcomes.
* Experience in leading and managing the development and performance of staff to improve teaching and learning.
