About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Duty Manager in leading daily service operations, train and mentor staff, manage stock and cash handling, and ensure compliance with RSA and food safety regulations. Your goal is to provide efficient, high-quality service while fostering a positive and professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest inquiries and concerns.
· Oversee stock control, cash handling, and POS transactions.
· Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and RSA regulations.
· Assist with functions and events, ensuring seamless execution.
· Train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence.
About You
· Previous experience in a supervisory role within food & beverage.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Must hold current RSA and food safety certification
· Ability to obtain a positive skills assessment from VETASSESS, if required under the Kimberly Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA).
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive and hands-on approach to service.
