Role Overview
As theBrand & Ecommerce Managerat Mode Mischief, you will be responsible for managing our digital commerce platforms and ensuring the Mode Mischief brand is executed seamlessly online. This role combines commercial ownership of our e-commerce channels with operational delivery of the brand across digital touchpoints. You will oversee our Shopify site, optimise conversion and retention, manage product launches and merchandising, and ensure the customer journey reflects our brand identity. You will work closely with the Marketing Strategist and Creative Director to bring campaigns to life online, ensuring alignment between stock availability, creative direction, and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise Mode Mischief's e-commerce platforms (Shopify and integrated apps), ensuring smooth functionality, site health, and best-in-class customer experience.
* Oversee online merchandising: collections, product uploads, pricing, inventory coordination, and promotional execution.
* Implement and manage CRO (conversion rate optimisation) initiatives to improve site performance, AOV, and conversion rates.
* Ensure timely and accurate product launches online, aligning with creative and marketing campaign rollouts.
* Manage digital brand execution across website, email, and loyalty programs, ensuring consistency with Mode Mischief's brand guidelines.
* Manage and optimise digital tools such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Impact, and other integrations to drive retention and loyalty.
* Track, analyse, and report on e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, retention), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist to translate campaign strategy into e-commerce execution (landing pages, website assets, email journeys).
* Support retail activations and pop-ups by ensuring online touchpoints (sign-ups, landing pages, product availability) are activated and optimised.
* Stay current with e-commerce best practices, platform updates, and competitor benchmarks to ensure Mode Mischief remains innovative and competitive.
A Successful Applicant
* Commercially minded with a strong track record in e-commerce operations and digital retail.
* Organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
* Skilled in analysing performance data and turning insights into actions.
* Strong technical knowledge of Shopify, e-commerce apps, and digital marketing tools.
* Attention to detail in product set-up, merchandising, and online customer experience.
* Collaborative and proactive, able to work closely with brand and marketing teams.
* Adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 4+ years of e-commerce experience within the fashion
* Demonstrated experience managing Shopify stores and associated integrations.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and their role in driving e-commerce growth.
* Experience managing loyalty, CRM, and retention platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Yotpo).
* Proven ability to deliver on KPIs such as conversion, AOV, and retention.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics platforms to track and report performance.
