Farm Hand - Neagles Retreat Villas
Neagles Retreat Villas, located in the heart of the Clare Valley, is seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Hand to join our team.
About the Role:
Approx. 20+ hours per week (with potential for more during peak periods).
Paid above award rates.
Flexible schedule to suit seasonal requirements.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Gardening, General farm and property maintenance.
Assisting with vineyard, paddock, and grounds upkeep.
Operating machinery, equipment, and tools as required.
Supporting seasonal agricultural tasks as needed.
What we're looking for:
Previous machinery experience is preferred but not essential - training can be provided.
A practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills.
Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or in a small team.
Current driver's license desirable.
