**Kitchen Assistant - Mandurah**
**The Company**
**We are an established WA owned and run Company operating 17 Cafes, a Central Bakehouse and Administration. We are renowned for welcoming service, great coffee and our handmade cakes, pastries and sandwiches.**
**The Role**
- Creating Miss Maud gourmet sandwiches, baguettes, and wraps
- Attention to detail
- Preparing the kitchen for the lunchtime rush
- Producing a large range of Miss Maud catering platters
- Cleaning and sanitising the kitchen to ensure all food safety standards are met
- Previous experience in cafe, kitchen, food service or catering roles highly desirable
**Skills and Experience**
- People person with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure during busy periods
- Good communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues

**We have numerous vacancies which offer approximately 15 - 20 hours per week, ideal for university students. We are open shopping centre hours, Monday to Sunday, and can be flexible with your lifestyle and study commitments.
