The Role

Join a supportive and forward‐thinking Credit team where you'll play a central role in strengthening how the Bega Group manages its Credit, Collections and Accounts Receivable activities. As our Credit Improvement Lead, you'll work in a business‐analyst capacity to review existing processes, enhance reporting, modernise tools and help shape a consistent, efficient way of working across the Credit function.Reporting into the Group Manager of Credit and partnering closely with Credit leaders, you'll translate insights into practical solutions and support capability uplift through training, documentation and system improvements.

Responsibilities

Analyse and map current Credit, Collections and AR processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Lead improvement initiatives to simplify workflows, standardise practices and strengthen credit controls

Develop enhanced reporting, leveraging tools such as Power BI to support insights and decision‐making

Update, maintain and embed Credit policies, procedures and training materials

Collaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation of new tools, systems and process enhancements

About you

Strong background in Credit, Collections or Accounts Receivable with a process‐improvement mindset

Experienced in analysing processes, redesigning workflows and implementing system or reporting enhancements

Comfortable working as a business analyst on projects, identifying capability gaps and designing practical solutions

Able to deliver training, support change adoption and build confidence across the Credit team

Experience with reporting or automation tools (Power BI, collections tools or similar) is highly desirable
