About the Role
As a
Sales Account Manager
, you'll be the first point of contact for key customers—building lasting relationships, driving revenue growth. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you'll meet with builders, contractors, and site managers on job sites and in offices, showcasing a full product range and delivering tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals
* Visiting job sites and offices to engage with clients directly
* Delivering tailored presentations on products and services
* Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and support
About You
You're a motivated, hands-on sales professional with technical product knowledge, strong relationship skills, and commercial drive. You'll manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions that strengthen long-term business
You'll have:
* Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience within construction, reinforced steel, or building supplies.
* Strong ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
* A track record of achieving (and surpassing) sales quotas
* A practical, resilient, and self-motivated approach—comfortable engaging on construction sites as well as in offices
* Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
