Job Opportunity: Governance and Administrative Support
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of organisational governance and compliance processes. As a skilled coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating calendars and logistics for key meetings, preparing agendas and papers, maintaining registers and compliance records, drafting and editing internal documents, and ensuring administrative continuity across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate organisational calendars and logistics for key meetings
* Prepare agendas, papers and minutes to support effective and well-documented meetings
* Maintain registers and compliance records (WHS, conflicts of interest, policy updates)
* Draft, edit and manage internal documents, policies, procedures and templates
* Coordinate onboarding, recruitment admin, and internal training schedules
* Liaise with IT providers and maintain digital systems access (CRM, SharePoint)
* Step in with reception or inbox support during busy periods of leave or high workloads
Requirements:
* Experience in admin, governance, or HR support, ideally in a purpose-driven or NFP setting
* Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and digital admin systems
* Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care
* Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
* Familiarity with board or governance support, policies and compliance processes
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency (required)
