What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, high-impact HR role where you'll drive the People & Culture agenda, your remit spans everything from employee engagement and cultural uplift to IR/ER support and proactive issue management.
* Lead HR delivery for a high-profile operation, supporting a diverse and expanding workforce.
* Support national HR programs, contributing to initiatives that influence workforce outcomes at scale.
* Partner closely with operational leaders, recruitment teams, and frontline employees to strengthen engagement and retention.
* Provide IR/ER guidance, supporting union interactions, EA processes, and grievance management.
* Champion cultural transformation, driving initiatives that reduce turnover and elevate the employee experience.
* Leverage global HR tools, including digital platforms, engagement apps, and enterprise-wide programs.
About You
You're an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You excel in practical, day‑to‑day execution and enjoy being embedded in the business, turning ideas into action.

* Experience in HR leadership within large, multi-site or service-driven environments.
* Strong IR/ER capability, including exposure to union engagement, EA processes, and proactive issue resolution.
