Key Responsibilities:
* Retail sales and Point-of-Sale operations
* Donation collection, sorting, and pricing
* Visual merchandising and store presentation coordination
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Ensuring stock display in correct departments following established policies
* Fulfilling Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated retail experience preferred but not essential
* Excellent customer service skills
* A genuine passion for delivering results in a dynamic retail environment
* Alignment with our core values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
* A high-energy individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and various locations in the retail area
