* 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
* Expected salary: $64 - $67 per hour
We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join reputable companies across various locations throughout Queensland. These are excellent opportunities to work in well-equipped workshops and supportive team environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related components
* Perform servicing and preventative maintenance on trucks and/or buses
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience working on trucks and/or buses
* Relevant trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
