About the Role The Head of Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality operational leadership across the Nexacu IT training business, ensuring sales performance, efficient scheduling, and a strong customer experience. This role plays a key part in achieving revenue targets by aligning sales execution, operational delivery, and team performance. Nexacu delivers engaging, instructor-led IT training to a diverse student base, from beginners to advanced users, in both hybrid classroom and virtual environments. As a central link between sales and operations, the Sales Operations Manager ensures enquiries convert to bookings, classes are scheduled profitably, and customers receive a seamless experience. Nexacu is offering a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or permanent conversion. This role has five direct reports across sales and scheduling functions and reports directly to the General Manager. It will suit someone who communicates clearly, sets expectations confidently, and is comfortable managing performance and challenging conversations when required.
