In this role, you'll:
Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver end-to-end project management for Information Ticketing Services. This includes identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, developing cost models, managing project schedules, reporting on cost savings, and contributing to procurement strategy development.
Lead the development and delivery of complex projects in line with agreed plans, budgets, timeframes, and policy objectives.
Develop and manage cost models to identify cost drivers and optimisation opportunities across project components.
Establish standard work breakdown structures (WBS) and cost breakdown structures (CBS) to align project costs with schedules.
Provide expert advice to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Manage complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with a diverse range of stakeholders, balancing differing expectations, viewpoints, and interests within agreed timeframes.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role until 30 November 2027, based in the Pitt Street office with hybrid working arrangements available.

About you
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in Software Development.
* Minimum of five (5) years' experience across all phases of project management, from concept to completion.
* Strong knowledge and practical experience in project cost modelling and project scheduling methodologies.
* NSW Government experience is preferred.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders to establish credibility, resolve issues, build consensus, and achieve outcomes.
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, including distributed teams, vendor management, and partner consortium management.
