Offer description

An expanding dealership group now require an experienced Warranty Clerk in Doncaster.

Responsibilities

* Completion of warranty
* Administrative support.
* Costing and reconciliation.
* Maintain records and report
* Ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly.
* Communicate and manage technical bulletins and Standard Repair Times Guides.
* Attention to detail.

Requirements

* Proven minimum 3 years experience in automotive warranty.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
* Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Experience with ERA (Pentana) is highly regarded
* A general understanding of vehicles will also be advantageous

We are seeking people with experience and we require people who are able to hit the ground running.
