Pay Schedule: Hourly 
Job Summary 
From within the warehouse setting, the Warehouse Operator supports all warehouse operations with a primary focus on picking, processing and arranging shipments for customer orders along with receiving products from local and international suppliers and moving products between and within the warehouse locations. 
Other duties include support for inventory cycle counts, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, loading and unloading trucks and containers and supporting material handling for the Packaging lines.

Job Responsibilities 
Power Equipment Operation: Follow safety procedures while operating forklifts 
Daily power equipment inspection 
Forklift battery maintenance 
Provide a safe workplace for other workers 
Coordinate printed picking slips for new customer orders 
Pick orders in accordance with product pallet layouts and other customer requirements, accurately recording and transacting product, quantity, lot details 
Accurately record and transact pallet pooling transfers and receipts (e.g. CHEP) 
Arrange delivery bookings in line with customer freight carrier requirements and liaise with all parties for timely delivery or collection 
Staging all required components to the packaging lines 
Verify and return all components from packaging lines 
Notify lead-hand when any discrepancies occur 
Ensure that log sheets are accurately recorded 
Ensure staging and returning areas are organized 
Perform cycle count of finished goods, bulk products and packaging components inventory 
Support warehouse and production personnel as needed 
Ensure that the warehouse is clean, secure, and well maintained 
Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, SOPs and cGMP 
Adhere to all safety policies as outlined in company policies and training sessions 
Keep records of receiving documents (packing slips, shipping documents, lot traceability sheets, etc.) 
Confirm all received items are entered correctly in the system and logged accurately in the warehouse management system 
Organize and maintain all warehouse bays; clear empty skids, remove waste and recycling and put away/transfer goods as needed 
Update bin locations in real time for stock movement within the warehouse 
Other duties as assigned for which you have the skills and capability to perform 
Qualifications 
Technical 
Forklift certified 
A valid full driver's license is required 
Knowledge of Syspro, Microsoft Office and SharePoint is an asset 
Knowledge of inventory, warehouse and packaging components procedures 
Accuracy in verifying counts and logging 
Any warehouse operations certifications will be nice-to-have 
Attributes 
Good communication skills both written and verbal in English 
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize 
Ability to multi-task 
Must be reliable and on time 
Safety conscious 
Cooperative attitude, willingness to meet challenging deadlines if required 
Self-motivation and ability to work alone 
Physical ability to lift 25kg if needed
