**About the company** 
Our client is driving innovation in digital diagnostics services. This International organisation recently launched their subscription-based model into the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth business within the Automotive Industry.
**About the role** 
We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of our client's office by providing administrative and support services to the team to ensure they function smoothly and achieve their operational and strategic goals. This will suit a well-structured and attentive professional.
**Duties** 
- Providing EA duties to the General Manager and technical team 
- Establishing and implementing basic admin practices; 
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements and diary management 
- Basic Xero accounts payable, create purchase orders and invoicing 
- Coordinate team and company events, project management of company functions 
- Respond, coordinate and oversee enquiries through Hubspot and allocate to team members 
- Support HR functions in conjunction with GM and HR 
- Actively participate in the onboarding of new staff members 
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office/warehouse 
- Assist the Team as required with any administration functions
**Skills and experience** 
- Proven 2+ years' experience in a similar role 
- Strong written and verbal communication 
- Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite & and Hubspot is highly desirable. 
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities 
- You need to be a highly organised, structured person who enjoys learning & instigating current processes & systems. 
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
