We are looking for a proactive D2C & Digital Commerce Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Shopify platform, executing high-growth marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers both online and in-store.
What You'll Do (The Mission)
Strategy & Growth Execution
1. Support the D2C Digital Commerce Manager in executing strategies to hit sales, profitability, traffic, and conversion targets.
2. Identify and capture new customers while implementing retention strategies for existing ones.
3. Develop and implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives (bundles, accessories, and promotions) to maximize AOV and margin.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Campaign & Marketing Management
5. Plan and execute end-to-end site and store promotions, ensuring technical accuracy and clear communication.
6. Brief and implement CRM communications to drive database engagement and conversions.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with broader brand strategies.
8. Support marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and email; tracking ROI to maximise efficiency.
9. Run events and assist in trade exhibitions to drive brand awareness and in-store traffic.
Platform Ownership & UX (Shopify)
10. Manage daily maintenance of the Shopify store: product updates, pricing, and inventory synchronisation.
11. Lead site merchandising: execute product launches, manage landing pages, and ensure high-quality data.
12. Improve SEO and partner with UX/UI designers to reduce friction points and drop-offs in the consumer journey.
13. Implement A/B testing on site elements (checkout, navigation, PDPs) to optimize conversion metrics.
14. Liaise with logistics and product teams for seamless order processing and backend integration.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
15. Utilise Google Analytics, Shopify, and other platforms to monitor KPIs and identify trends.
16. Establish robust reporting frameworks for conversion rates, traffic, and sales performance.
17. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for key stakeholders.
Who You Are
18. The E-commerce Professional: You bring 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce space with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimising the consumer experience.
19. The Shopify Specialist: You have deep, hands-on experience with the Shopify/Shopify Plus ecosystem. You understand how to leverage its apps, themes, and backend settings to optimise the store experience.
20. The Executor: You are highly organised, have a bias for action as well as meticulous attention to detail. You have proven experience in ensuring marketing plans are executed flawlessly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
21. The Proactive Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions. You take a proactive approach to problem-solving and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
