Job Title: Works Delivery Support Officer
A key role exists for an Administration & Office Support professional to join Capital Region Community Services Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide high level administration support to the team and contribute to the delivery of services to our clients. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing office operations and maintaining accurate records.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and administration support to the team
* Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports and databases
* Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Proven experience in administration and office management
* Highly organized and motivated with excellent communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
