Qualifications
* A Class 1 (or equivalent) Real Estate License
* Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
* Strong knowledge of your local market, sourcing techniques, and buyer psychology
* Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes
