Amin's Butcher & Grill is a premium halal butcher and restaurant known for high-quality meats and exceptional service. We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Butcher Server / Cleaner to join our Pallara team.
About the Role
This position is a hands-on role in the daily operations of the butcher shop. You'll serve customers at the counter, maintain cleanliness and presentation standards, and support the butchers with light preparation and cleaning duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Serving customers at the butcher counter with a friendly, professional manner
* Weighing, packing, and labelling meat products accurately
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area at all times
* Assisting with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures
* Supporting butchers with basic prep or restocking as needed
* Following all food safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a butcher shop, deli, or similar environment (preferred, but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
