A newly created opportunity is available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established, nationally operating organisation with a large operational workforce. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, full-time, based in Mulgrave, supporting a high-volume, fast-moving division.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily across blue-collar and operational roles, with exposure to some technical and white-collar positions. This is a hands-on internal role, working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver practical recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and operational roles
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
* Coordinate advertising, screening, interviews, and offers
* Support workforce planning and recruitment process improvements
* Provide a responsive internal recruitment service
About You:
* Proven experience recruiting blue-collar or operational roles
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Agency or internal recruitment background welcome
* Practical, organised, and solutions-focused
