Key Responsibilities:
Prep: Master the preparation of all pizza ingredients, including mixing/kneading dough, chopping vegetables, grating cheese, and preparing sauces.
- Assembly & Baking: Quickly and accurately stretch dough, top pizzas to specification, and efficiently manage the oven flow under supervision.
- The Hustle: Maintain a rapid pace during peak service times, always looking for the next task without being asked.
- Clean & Organised: Keep all workstations, tools, and kitchen areas spotless and highly organised, adhering strictly to health and safety standards.
- Learning: Actively seek feedback and enthusiastically learn proper techniques from senior chefs, aiming for quality and consistency in every pizza.
Requirements:
- Some prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but we will train the right motivated person.
- Must have a high level of energy, initiative, and a "hustle" mentality.
