POSITION SUMMARY
As a qualified tradesman you will be expected to be skilled or at least knowledgeable in a variety of structural landscape installations including, but not limited to, concreting, tiling, decking, artificial turf etc. This position will report to the site Foreman.
We aren't looking for just anyone... This canditate would be family oriented, responsible with a high work-ethic who is passionate about doing high-end projects and completing them to a very high standand, maintaining cleanliness and health and safety with a great bunch of guys.

EXPECTATIONS
● Measure & shoot heights before start of projects.
● Ability to understand and execute a 2D architectural landscape plan.
● Perform some hardscape installations such as decking, concreting, tiling...
● Communicate needs to the Foreman to ensure that the job can be done.
● Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
● Independent worker with good time management skills.
● Experience in using powered tools.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Minimum (5) years of Building OR Carpentry OR Structural Landscaping experience.
● Valid Driver's License.
● Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred).
● Job training for this position is provided by the company.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking.
● Must be able to lift and move up to 20kg.
