The role
Touch of Siam Therapeutic Massage is currently seeking a Part-Time and Casual receptionist who will bring a friendly personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that the high standard of customer service that is expected by this massage revenue is maintained.
You will be the first person to greet our customer, so you are required to deliver exceptional customer service by creating a positive, first impression.
Responsibilities
- Greeting all clients upon arrival
- Greeting clients face to face, over the phone and/or in writing
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Keeping reception area presentable
- Updating customer contact lists
- Basic payment processing using EFTPOS and cash
- Dealing with customer complaints
- General receptionist duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong customer services experience and outstanding customer service skills, as well as a friendly and welcoming manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask, organise, prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word
- A passionate and positive "can-do" attitude, always seeking to find a solution
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Adaptable and available to work at least 5 hours across a 7‐day roster, including evening and weekend shifts
Job Details
- Job Types: Part‐time, Casual
- Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
