As a key member of our leadership team, the Business Manager will collaborate with GP Partners and Practice Manager on long-term strategic goals, analyze data, and provide insights for informed decision-making. They will also lead service development and patient experience improvement projects, supporting growth plans in line with PCN and ICS priorities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager with a strong background in business and HR management, ideally within the NHS or healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
* Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Manage NHS contracts and funding (e.g., QOF, Enhanced Services, PCN funding).
* Handle procurement and supplier agreements.
* Identify and develop additional income streams.
* Operational Efficiency:
o Optimize practice operations to improve patient care and staff productivity.
o Implement and manage digital systems to support practice management.
o Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NHS policies, and industry standards.
* Strategic Planning:
o Collaborate with GP Partners and Practice Manager on long-term strategic goals.
