About the Opportunity

At RSA, you'll do more than scan; you'll shape the next generation of Sonographers.
Working alongside Radiologists, other Tutors, and our Chief Sonographer, you'll mentor trainees, set high standards in clinical practice, and help build capability, confidence, and quality across the team.
Responsibilities
Coach trainees in image optimisation, reproducible measurements, and accurate documentation.
Provide constructive, supportive feedback and guide formal assessments.
Balance mentoring with clinical lists, maintaining high standards in patient care.
Share knowledge and contribute to a culture where respect, kindness, and teamwork are part of everyday practice.

About You
Current ASAR registration and a postgraduate qualification in medical ultrasound.
A calm, collaborative, and organised approach.
Pride in meticulous scanning and clear, complete studies.
A passion for mentoring and supporting trainees.
Confidence working across multiple sites when required.
A valid Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
