Position: Solution Architect (Asset Management)

Detailed Job Description
The Solution Architect will play a critical role in shaping the technical and solution direction of maintenance-related technology initiatives. The architect will provide leadership across solution architecture, system design, and integration patterns to ensure robust, scalable, secure, and high performing applications -particularly in the development of Predictive Maintenance and Asset Health solutions.
Key accountabilities include:
* Lead the end-to-end solution design for Maintenance Applications, ensuring alignment with client
* Provide technical guidance across projects developing asset health and predictive maintenance capabilities.
* Drive integration patterns and ensure consistent data flows across enterprise systems.
* Partner with data, analytics, and other technology teams to operationalize models into production.
* Ensure that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and reliability standards.
* Contribute to roadmaps, design governance, and best practices for maintenance application solutions.
* Support continuous improvement of maintenance digital ecosystem through innovation and emerging technology adoption.
Key Skills:
* Strong technical acumen in application implementation and system integration for non-ERP enterprise applications.
* Domain knowledge in Asset Management within mining, manufacturing, or other asset intensive.
* Experience in cloud architecture and engineering, preferably on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
* Understanding of application architecture across frontend, backend, data layers, microservices, and exposure to advanced analytics platforms and technologies, including machine learning, SageMaker (or equivalent), Python, and SQL.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure by design application patterns.
* Experience or familiarity with enterprise AI solutions, including RAG architecture and in-house AI.
* Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, Power Apps, or equivalent.
* Experience with real time event-driven workflow solutions is highly desirable.
