Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Mental Health Consultant to work with our national Consulting team, delivering high-quality, engaging, and contemporary workplace consulting services in mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver evidence-based training programs for clients, focusing on mental health and wellbeing.
* Recognise and anticipate real or potential risks and provide recommendations for intervention, optimising workplace health and wellbeing.
* Partner with clients to design and deliver innovative solutions that address workplace issues.
* Deliver team assessments and comprehensive reports, providing valuable insights for organisational development.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health and wellbeing, applying this knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
* Registration as a mental health professional (e.g., Psychologist or Social worker).
* Experience working with complex organisational human resources environments and delivering strategic human resource solutions.
* Proven ability to design and deliver adult education and training programs in mental health and wellbeing.
* A willingness to work in psychometric assessment and accreditation with the Mediator Standards Board is desirable.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also desirable.
