A pleasant, well-spoken person with good communication and efficiency skills is required for our busy Mackay office on a temporary contract basis.
Positions Available:
* Temporary Full Time
* Temporary Part Time
Both positions are short-term contracts for a minimum of 6 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks, starting from Monday, 30 June 2025 .

About the Role:
* Manage the front reception desk.
* Make client bookings.
* Operate multiple telephone lines.
* Perform Point of Sale transactions.
* Provide filing and general administrative support.
* Assist staff and perform duties as directed by the manager.
* Handle other office administration tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Commitment to excellent client service.
* Experience in similar roles within Accounting, Finance, or Medical industries is advantageous.
The role involves managing a 4-line incoming call reception, scheduling electronic appointments, and handling various administrative tasks during busy periods.
